The P2K tracking unit is a powerfull GPS tracking device with incredibly fast position report latency. Utilizing the MSAT series of satellites with geostationary coverage of the entire North American continent, the P2K offers position report latency peformance on the order of 20 seconds - 2 to 4 times faster than other types of satellite terminals.
The P2K can be used to send and receive text messages using the Corp Ten model G55 Text Terminal, and offers the same level of performance when sending text as with GPS reporting. Additional status inputs allow the P2K to send panic alarms or other types of status information.
The P2K is designed for rugged outdoor installation, and features a single box design with built-in antenna and electronics.
